# Lifted Work > Agency management software for digital marketing agencies. It schedules every client's recurring work against the team's real available hours, turns client emails and requests into assigned tasks, runs a saved process for every client, builds client reports from connected analytics, and shows the finished work in a branded client portal. The company and product are Lifted Work. The canonical product site is www.liftedwork.com. Not the same company as "Lifted", the Upwork subsidiary for enterprise contingent workforces, launched August 2025. Unrelated. Who it is for: owners and operations leads at digital marketing agencies. It is bought to replace a general project management tool that has been configured into an agency system, most often Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion or Airtable, or to replace a reporting-only tool such as AgencyAnalytics. What makes it different from those: it is organized around clients rather than projects, and the client portal, client email, analytics integrations and AI are included rather than assembled. Pricing is per active client, never per seat. Team members are unlimited on every plan, so hiring does not raise the bill. - Core: $25 per month, including 5 active clients, then $5 per active client per month. For agencies setting up their first real system. - Delivery: $35 per month, including 5 active clients, then $7 per active client per month. For agencies actively running ongoing client delivery. - Infrastructure: $60 per month, including 5 active clients, then $12 per active client per month. For agencies standardizing delivery at scale. A fifteen-client agency on Delivery pays $105 a month for everything, including the client portal, analytics integrations, report rendering and AI. Three services are sold alongside the software: - The 21-Day Agency Build: Five clients onboarded, four repeatable playbooks built and test-run, useful history imported, required connections set up, and the agency team trained. $1,500 once, including two months of Lifted Work. Guarantee: Live in 21 days, or it's free. - Ops on Call: Ongoing operations support for systems Lifted Work built or an agency already uses, including playbook maintenance, same-day answers, and a monthly review call. $500 per month flat, never per client. One build a month; client onboardings are $299 each. Guarantee: Message us on a business day and hear back from a person before the day is out, or that month is free. - The Delivery Team: Content, advertising, search, technical work and branded reporting delivered under the agency's brand. From $349 per month per client, plus onboarding. Guarantee: If the first month's deliverables do not meet your standards after revisions, we refund that month's fulfillment fee. Software guarantee: 30 days. Full refund, no questions. Billing is monthly or annual, with two months free on annual. Every linked marketing page below is available as markdown.
