Data Processing Addendum

Last updated: 11 August 2026

When your agency uses Lifted Work, you decide what client data goes into your workspace and why. That makes you the controller of that data and Lifted Work, Inc. the processor acting on your instructions.

1   Requesting a signed DPA

If your organization, or a client of yours, requires a signed Data Processing Addendum, email support@liftedwork.com with the legal entity name and the jurisdiction it needs to cover. We will send one for signature.

Where a signed DPA is in place, it governs our processing of Personal Data and prevails over anything inconsistent in the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Where one is not in place, those two documents govern.

2   What holds either way

These commitments apply whether or not a separate addendum has been signed.

  • Your data is yours. We process Customer Data to provide the Service and on your instructions. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
  • Sub‑processors are published. Every vendor that touches Customer Data is listed at /subprocessors, and we keep that page current.
  • Access you grant can be revoked. Integrations you connect run on your own accounts and can be disconnected by you at any time.
  • Deletion. You can delete Customer Data from your workspace, and you can request deletion of the workspace itself by emailing support.

3   International transfers

Lifted Work is a United States company and the Service is hosted in the United States. If you are transferring personal data from the UK, the EEA, or Switzerland, say so in your request and we will cover the appropriate transfer mechanism in the addendum we send you.

4   Questions

Email support@liftedwork.com. A security or privacy question from a prospective customer gets the same answer as one from a customer, so ask before you sign up if that is easier.
