A few practical questions
What happens on the call?
It is part fit check and part working session. We learn how your agency runs, confirm the five starting clients and four playbooks, and answer your questions. If we both agree, we send the $1,500 payment link during the call and start from what we covered together.
What happens after the call?
Within one business day we send the build spec drafted from the call. Once you approve it and provide the account access we need, the 21-day clock starts.
When does the 21-day clock run?
It starts when you approve the spec and we have the access we need. Reply to requests within 3 business days. If something is missing, we pause the 21-day clock until it arrives.
Do I need to document everything first?
Not before the call. After you start, send one short document showing your workflow and team roles.
Do I need to leave ClickUp or Asana?
No. We can import the useful history and set up the Zapier or API connections the four playbooks need. Keep the tools that are still worth keeping.
What happens after the two included months?
Lifted Work is $5 to $12 per active client per month, depending on the plan, with unlimited team members. We email you before billing begins.
What if something needs work after handoff?
You can manage the system with your team or use Ops on Call for ongoing help. Ops on Call is optional and starts after the handoff.
What if I have more than five clients?
Start with the five that matter most, then add the rest at $299 each. The operating structure is already built, so the next clients go in faster.
