Client Overview

Everything About a Client, One Screen

The client overview is a single page with the full picture: who the client is, what their brand looks like, every link your team needs, and a live preview of their portal.

Client Description: Write the client’s objectives, services you provide, and key background. This description is visible to your team and to the AI, and it follows every task for context.

Brand: When you add a client’s website, AI automatically analyzes it to extract their colors, logos, and fonts. Your team and AI can reference this brand information later when producing deliverables, and you can also pull brand details from any of the client’s links.

Client Portal: Configure which portal pages are visible to the client (Feed, To Do, Dashboard, Services, Requests, Assets, Deliverables) and toggle between public and private access. Preview links let you see exactly what the client sees before they log in.

Services: Assign active services and flag upsell opportunities. These appear in the client’s Services tab in their portal. Services and Upsells covers how to configure pricing and purchase links.

Links: Store important URLs for each client: their website, marketing pages, dev sites, ad accounts, or anything else your team needs. Links can be marked as client-facing (visible on the portal as a reminder of what you’re managing) or internal-only. Links also appear on every task belonging to that client, so it’s easy to click straight from a task to the client’s website or ad dashboard.

Contacts: Manage client team members who have portal access. When drafting emails through Lifty, you select the recipient from this contact list.

Report Templates: Create reusable report templates for the client using Liquid syntax. AI can render these into branded PDF or HTML reports with the client’s colors, fonts, and logos applied automatically. The report template how-to covers three ways to build one, or grab the ready-made Monthly Performance Report Template.

Assets: Upload and organize files for the client. Assets are accessible to your team and can be attached to tasks or shared through the portal.

Stats: Hours assigned vs. worked, task counts, and invoices for this client at a glance.
