How to Manage Your Lifted Work Plan and Billing
Account management and subscription guidance for Lifted Work.
1 Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings > Plan. You’ll see your current plan, billing period, usage stats, and payment history.
2 Upgrading or Downgrading
Change your plan at any time from Settings > Plan.
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period
3 Updating Your Payment Method
Add or update your credit card in Settings > Plan. Changes apply to all future charges.
4 Understanding Usage
Monitor your usage against your plan limits on the billing page:
- Active clients – how many clients you have vs. your plan’s included count. Additional clients are billed per-client.
- AI tokens – tokens used for AI processing this billing cycle vs. your plan’s allocation
5 Viewing Invoices
View and download past invoices from the billing page. Each invoice shows the billing period, amount, and payment status.
6 If a Payment Fails
- Go to Settings > Plan and update your payment method
- Retry the charge from the billing page
- The system will attempt to charge the updated card
- If payment continues to fail, your account may be marked as past due – update your card to resolve this
Contact support if billing issues persist after updating your payment method.
