How to Manage Your Lifted Work Plan and Billing
Learn how to manage your Lifted Work subscription, track usage, and understand AI task billing. A practical guide for agency owners and admins.
1Managing Your Billing and Subscription in Lifted Work
Whether you're scaling your agency or just getting started, managing your Lifted Work plan is quick, transparent, and self-serve. Here’s how to view your current subscription, track usage, and stay in control of your billing.
2Where to Find Your Billing Settings
To manage your plan, start by navigating to:
Settings → Plan
This page shows your current plan, with clear options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel based on your agency’s needs.
3Reviewing Past Invoices and Payment History
Scroll further down the Plan settings page to find:
A full invoice history
Downloadable past invoices
The ability to view billing cycles at a glance
This makes it easy to reconcile monthly charges or share documentation with your finance team.
4Monitoring Current Usage
Just below your invoice history, you’ll find a usage report for the current billing cycle. This report includes a breakdown of what’s been used so far — especially important for tracking your AI task consumption.
5Understanding AI Task Usage and Token Limits
One of the more powerful aspects of Lifted Work is its AI automation. But with power comes responsibility — especially when it comes to usage:
Each AI task consumes resources based on the number of tokens used
As a baseline, 12,000 tokens count as one AI task
During free trials, token access is limited to provide a preview of functionality without overuse
If your team is heavily using AI for scheduling, task creation, or email drafting, it’s worth keeping an eye on your quota.
Plans are designed to scale with your needs, and you can upgrade as you grow — or scale back when needed.
6Switching Plans or Cancelling
If your needs change, Lifted Work makes it easy to:
Switch to a different plan tier
Cancel your subscription at any time
Everything is handled in-app without needing to contact support, although help is always available if needed.
7Need Help? We’ve Got You Covered
If you have any questions about billing, usage, or plan selection, feel free to contact support anytime. You’ll also find helpful documentation and walkthrough videos in the Help Center.
Lifted Work is built to grow with your agency — and billing shouldn’t be a barrier to doing your best work.
